The event brings together the rich flavours, sounds and traditions of the Philippines in one vibrant weekend.

Visitors can sample iconic dishes such as adobo, lumpia, pancit, lechon, and halo-halo, showcasing the country’s diverse culinary influences, which range from Chinese and Spanish to American and Malay. Filipino barbecue, street eats, and classic comfort foods will also be featured.

Live entertainment includes performances of tinikling (a bamboo pole dance) and singkil (a royal Maranao dance with fans and clashing bamboo poles), alongside pop, rock, and R&B music from Filipino artists. Traditional instruments, such as the kulintang and the rondalla ensemble, will add depth to the festival’s musical lineup.

Dance troupes will also perform folk and contemporary routines, blending cultural roots with global rhythms to energize the crowd throughout the weekend.

According to its website, Fun Philippines also provides a platform for local businesses, artists and artisans to connect with the broader community. Through food, music and art, the event celebrates cultural pride while supporting economic revitalization and public programming.

This year’s festival hours are:
• July 4: 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.
• July 5: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• July 6: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
